Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute the software engineering roadmap by leading small-to-medium features from technical design through completion
• Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the development process
• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical design specifications
• Produce high-quality deliverables in accordance with effort estimates and architecture standards
• Maintain proper documentation of software design and support the implementation of new enterprise architectures
• Contribute to continuous system improvements and stay current on industry trends and agile engineering practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2-3+ years of relevant IT experience
• Proficiency in building applications using C# and .NET (Core / .NET 6+)
• Experience with SQL and relational databases, including schema design and query optimization
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and version control systems
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum team environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments using tools like Azure DevOps
• Exposure to cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge of cloud fundamentals, application security, monitoring, and logging
