Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and build the core agentic platform and operating system
• Architect foundational data and signal platforms using lakehouse architecture
• Build robust pipelines and ML serving systems
• Develop "tool machines" for agents to execute code and call APIs
• Build customer-facing applications and seamless chat UIs
• Collaborate with data scientists to build MLOps infrastructure for model training and deployment

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science or a related quantitative field, OR Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code
• Systems-level thinking and ability to design for scalability and reliability
• Product-minded approach to engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Data Engineering (Spark, Airflow, dbt, lakehouse architecture)
• Experience in Machine Learning (PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLflow, Kubernetes)
• Experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, LangGraph, or RAG systems
