- Design methods to domain-adapt language models to customer corpora
- Combine LLMs with search engines to answer complex questions
- Write robust, maintainable, and testable code
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Math, Sciences, or a related field
- Experience with search, recommendation, NLP, or large-scale ML systems
- Proven ability to design, build, and ship production-ready models
- Proficiency in an ML framework of choice
- Strong coding skills in Python, Go, Java, or C++
- Strong analytical skills and data proficiency
