Responsibilities
- Take ownership of hard problems from idea to production
- Work closely with coding agents as a core part of the development workflow
- Build tooling and feedback systems to make AI agents effective
- Shape UI/UX, capabilities, and data models for AI-first products
Requirements
- Meaningful experience shipping code at a startup or high-standard engineering company
- Comfort working with coding agents as a core development workflow
- Ability to exercise engineering judgment to ensure production-ready output
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with TypeScript, React/Remix, PrismaORM, NestJS, or Python
- Interest in solving novel AI-driven product problems
