Responsibilities

• Understand customer workflows, use-cases, and jobs to be done
• Build AI agents to simplify and eliminate tedious and error-prone tasks
• Develop the realtime platform for finance teams to work together and with agents
• Design and scale APIs and CLI to enable interoperability
• Contribute to compounding engineering practices to improve team efficiency
• Ensure high standards of data security, reliability, and compliance

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience building with AI agents, LLM-powered systems, or workflow automation
• Product mindset focused on users and outcomes
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with uncertainty
• High ownership and willingness to wear multiple hats

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with functional languages
• Experience with frameworks like Rails or Django
• Experience with modern frontend stacks
