Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build the AI Agent-Assist Platform, including internal consoles and back-office automation
• Architect the AI Resolution Engine to design reliable AI-driven pipelines for issue triage and resolution
• Eliminate operational friction by embedding with support teams to ship automation tools
• Unify the support stack by orchestrating data across CRM, ticketing, and internal services
• Engineer robust, event-driven services and APIs for scale and reliability
• Set high standards for code quality, testing, and observability

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of professional software engineering experience with production systems at scale
• Strong backend engineering skills in Go or Java
• Proficiency in microservices, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems
• Experience with API design (REST/gRPC) and third-party API integrations
• Strong SQL knowledge (Postgres/MySQL) including schema design and query tuning
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and monitoring tools
• Strong ownership mentality and cross-functional communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, Service Cloud) or other enterprise CRMs
• Experience building with LLMs and AI agent frameworks (prompt engineering, tool calling)
• Experience building chatbots, conversational AI, or contact-center platforms
