Software Engineer Level II

Responsibilities

• Build and support backend services using Java and cloud technologies
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and write Junit testcases
• Work with Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps, Blob Storage, Azure SQL, and Event Hub to build scalable applications
• Learn and work with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Collaborate with senior engineers through code reviews and design discussions

Requirements

• Experience with Java and Spring Boot development
• Experience with API development
• Experience with Azure Functions or Docker Containers
• Proficiency in advanced SQL
• Experience with application development and support
• Experience with GitHub or equivalent version control
• Experience with writing unit tests
• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Design and Architecture
• Experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, or Azure Insight
• Experience with Snowflake or similar Data Warehouse technologies
