Software Engineer - Kotlin/Android

Responsibilities

• Partner with product teams to translate complex business requirements into logical program designs and AI-powered Android solutions.
• Develop and maintain code modules using Kotlin, MVVM/MVI, and Jetpack Compose.
• Design, build, and configure integrated enterprise applications leveraging component-based architectures and modern Android frameworks.
• Apply test-driven and behavior-driven development practices, conduct root cause analysis, and participate in code reviews.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation tools to optimize the development lifecycle and deployment efficiency.
• Ideate and publish reusable libraries while evaluating emerging AI technologies to improve team productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2 years of experience in software development or a related field.
• 2 years of experience implementing solutions through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using iterative Agile development.
• 2 years of experience working with at least one of the following: frontend technologies (UI/UX), middleware (microservices/APIs), database technologies, or DevOps.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of experience specifically developing scalable Android applications.
