Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize high-performance trading algorithms
• Collaborate with traders and quantitative researchers to brainstorm and execute innovative trading strategies
• Perform comprehensive testing to ensure system accuracy, stability, and minimal financial risk
• Continuously improve trading platform performance with a focus on resource efficiency and hardware optimization
• Maintain strong relationships within a dynamic, collaborative team environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional C++ development experience
• Expertise in algorithmic trading systems and market order execution algorithms
• Proven experience designing or implementing large-scale big data processing systems or working with HPC clusters
• Exceptional analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Strong commitment to quality assurance and detail-oriented testing
