Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and maintain distributed trading systems
- Work on projects targeted for production using Agile methodologies
- Learn fundamentals of large-scale, high-performance infrastructure
- Collaborate with experienced software engineers and mentors
Requirements
- Experience with C++ programming on Linux
- Experience with Python programming on Linux
- Proficiency with command line on Linux
- Experience with Git/version control
- Strong understanding of data structures and threading models
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for solving complex problems
Preferred Qualifications
- Past internship or job experience in software development
- Advanced coursework in algorithms, network programming, operating systems, or compilers
- Experience in Rust
- Knowledge of gRPC, Kafka, Redpanda, eBPF, DPDK, Clickhouse, FastAPI, Kubernetes, Pandas, SQL, MySQL, DuckDB, or the Arrow ecosystem
