Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship product features from end to end
- Work on LLM-based features such as fine-tuning models for profile insights
- Optimize ranking of profile results and search engine data sources
- Build feedback loops for improving search queries
- Participate in key engineering decisions alongside founders
Requirements
- Experience building something from scratch (startup, project, or feature)
- Hands-on experience with Next.js and AWS
- Ability to move fast and learn by building
- Proven track record of excellence in education, work, or personal projects
