Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship product features from end to end
• Work closely with founders on key engineering decisions
• Optimize ranking of profile results and integrate new filters or data sources into the search engine
• Develop features built on LLMs, such as fine-tuning models for profile insights and building search query feedback loops

Requirements

• Experience building something from scratch (startup, project, or feature)
• Hands-on experience with Next.js and AWS
• Ability to move fast and learn by building
• Proven excellence in education, work experience, or personal projects
