Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines, integrations, and software components that support Supply Chain Data Products
• Assist with data ingestion, transformation, and validation to ensure reliable and accurate information
• Participate in coding, testing, debugging, and deployment activities following team standards
• Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and business partners to deliver data-driven solutions
• Support monitoring and troubleshooting of applications, pipelines, and data products
• Continuously learn and apply software engineering, data engineering, quality, and security best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field
• Basic proficiency in software development using Python, SQL, or similar programming languages
• Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including coding standards, testing, and debugging
• Foundational knowledge of databases, data structures, and data integration concepts
• Ability to analyze problems, learn quickly, and apply solutions under guidance
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience through coursework, internships, or personal projects using Python, SQL, React, or similar technologies
• Familiarity with Databricks, Jupyter Notebooks, ETL/ELT concepts, or cloud-based data platforms
• Exposure to modern data ecosystems such as AWS, Palantir, data lakes, or analytics solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a passion for learning new technologies and business domains
