Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of user-facing product features including thermostat control, schedules, and energy optimization
• Build across the stack from mobile applications to backend systems and device integration
• Design interfaces and APIs between mobile apps, backend services, and IoT devices
• Maintain engineering rigor through testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices
• Participate in on-call responsibilities to ensure system reliability for customers

Requirements

• Full-stack fluency with comfort in mobile (React Native or native iOS/Android) and backend systems
• Experience with API and system design, including data models and state management
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, early-stage startup environment
• Strong collaborative skills to work with designers, firmware engineers, and data teams
• Willingness to take on on-call responsibility for production systems
