Software Engineer-JAVA Full stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Oversee project timelines, team allocation, risk management, and task prioritization to meet organizational objectives.
• Drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality AEM and Java-based software solutions.
• Implement complex AEM capabilities including multisite management (MSM), language copy, and experience fragments.
• Manage the full AEM development lifecycle, including estimations, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and production support.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and DevOps to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Enforce technology standards and implement robust testing practices to ensure code scalability, security, and performance.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with AEM Sites, Adobe Core Components, OSGi, Sling, and JCR.
• Proficiency in Java (versions 8 through 21) and HTL.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing using JUnit 5 and Mockito.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams and mentor junior developers.
• Deep understanding of AEM security frameworks, including XSS protection and ACLs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-native patterns and AEM Cloud Manager.
• Knowledge of AEM Mocks and Sling Testing Tools.
• Experience managing LTS upgrades and service pack implementations.
