Software Engineer IV

Responsibilities

• Build triple-A quality casino games for online virtual currency platforms
• Develop authentic IGT games designed for non-gambling, virtual currency environments
• Collaborate with a growing team of developers to deliver high-quality gaming experiences
• Apply advanced programming principles to ensure game performance and stability

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and Functional Programming (FP)
• Deep knowledge of Components and Design Patterns for both Games and Web Applications
• A portfolio of published games
• Proficiency in JavaScript or a Functional Programming language
• Proficiency in at least one OOP language such as Java, C++, C#, or AS3

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with current generation frameworks like Unity, Unreal Editor, or PhaserJS
• Experience with Google Closure and LimeJS
• Solid experience with Distributed Version Control Systems (DVCS)
• Experience working with TDD / BDD methodologies
• Ability to pass a security investigation
