About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and ship a meaningful project end-to-end
- Receive close, one-on-one mentorship from an experienced software engineer
- Collaborate with a globally connected team of engineers and interns
- Work with technologies including distributed systems, petabyte-scale data processing, machine learning/AI, and UI/UX
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar technical major
- Studying at an Australian or New Zealand University
- Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or holding full working rights
- Graduation date between May 2027 and March 2028
- Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, PHP, C, C++, SQL)
- Firm grasp of basic data structures and algorithmic techniques
- Ability to complete a 12-week internship in the Sydney office during Australia Summer 2026
