Software Engineer - Internal Tooling

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve internal backoffice systems, including support tooling and admin interfaces
• Design and implement automation workflows to eliminate manual processes
• Build AI-powered internal tools leveraging LLMs to assist support agents and automate triage
• Architect and maintain integrations between third-party systems and core products
• Develop scalable internal services and APIs with high standards for security and reliability
• Partner with Customer Enablement, Engineering, and Product teams to solve operational pain points

Requirements

• Experience building systems that enable other teams to move faster
• Proficiency working across the full stack with strong backend fundamentals
• Experience with APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure, Kubernetes)
• Interest in applying AI/LLMs in practical, production-grade workflows
• Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment
• Proactive problem-solving skills and end-to-end ownership mindset
