Software Engineer Intern

Responsibilities

• Help architect and develop the hybrid cloud and mobile secure identity platform, ID Plus
• Design, implement, and integrate breakthrough enterprise security features for the ID Plus Cloud Access Service
• Work with cloud-based development environments such as Azure or AWS
• Utilize relational and NoSQL databases to support security solutions
• Apply testing frameworks like JUnit, TestNG, or Selenium to ensure software quality
• Participate in Agile software development processes using tools like JIRA and Git/GitHub

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Experience programming in Java
• Solid understanding of object-oriented software design principles
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments
• Strong interest in designing, implementing, and testing cloud services and applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot
• Knowledge of Hibernate, Redis, or directory services like Active Directory/OpenLDAP
• Familiarity with UI development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Bootstrap
• Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins or Gradle
