Responsibilities

• Build the Intelligence layer at Sierra to analyze millions of agent interactions and generate insights
• Build systems for analyzing, clustering, and exploring large-scale conversational data
• Design systems to enable evaluation, experimentation, and measurement of agent quality
• Develop learning systems including retrieval, ranking, personalization, and feedback loops

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience building production systems or data products
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience working with data systems, analytics, or machine learning-driven products
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• High-agency and motivation to drive outcomes in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with retrieval, ranking, or recommendation systems
• Experience building analytics or data exploration tools
• Experience working with large-scale data systems
• Experience building AI-powered products
