Software Engineer, Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate large-scale distributed systems for AI agents and workflow orchestration
• Write and maintain Terraform modules for AWS, GCP, or Azure environments
• Build deployment packages and installation scripts for customer self-hosted environments
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to enterprise customers
• Ensure high availability and reliability through monitoring, alerting, and incident response
• Build internal tools to enable efficient service deployment and testing
• Implement security best practices and ensure enterprise compliance

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems
• Strong experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
• Deep knowledge of a major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience building and supporting self-hosted or on-premises software deployments
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar languages
• Strong understanding of networking, databases, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience with monitoring and incident management tools like Datadog or Prometheus
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to enterprise customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes cluster management and workload orchestration
• Background in CI/CD systems and deployment automation
• Experience with workflow orchestration systems like Temporal
• Experience with data infrastructure such as Kafka or ETL pipelines
• Knowledge of security frameworks like SOC 2 or ISO 27001
• Experience in high-growth startup environments
