About the Company

Amperos is healthcare's first AI-native denial management and revenue recovery platform. Our agentic AI works claims end-to-end, from portal follow-ups and payor calls to appeals and medical records, so providers can resolve more denials, recover more revenue, and focus on what matters most: serving patients.

Responsibilities

• Set up Amperos infrastructure to support the next wave of growth
• Maintain and improve AWS infra, increase dev velocity, and build reusable engineering rails
• Build systems that help us build AI features faster and improve LLM observability
• Reduce AWS spend and build better observability on infra costs
• Lead security and technical compliance efforts (e.g., VPNs, firewalls, networking)
• Automate compliance processes with AI agents

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working on or leading infrastructure teams at top companies
• Ability to identify highest ROI engineering infra issues and build a roadmap
• Ability to lead engineering discussions effectively and articulate impact
• High agency and ability to work with minimal instruction
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to wear different hats and perform all necessary tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience owning HIPAA, SOC2, or ISO audit processes
