Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner with departments within the BC team to identify and understand business demands for automation
• Consult on technical feasibility and end-to-end process optimization to improve workflows
• Perform technical implementation of applications in close collaboration with peers and end-users
• Maintain tool operations, including system maintenance, network administration, and data management
• Support the upskilling of less technical colleagues to foster a digitalization-focused environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Foundational understanding of IT architecture and digitalization processes
• Proficiency in Linux and solid knowledge of MariaDB/MySQL
• Practical experience with DevOps principles, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker
• Hands-on experience with KNIME
• Exposure to Agile or OKR methodologies
• Fluency in English
