Setpoint provides purpose-built capital and technology to asset-backed borrowers and lenders. Our platform is the funding operating system for originators, automating critical calculations, compliance reporting, and digitizing assets to make warehouse transactions instant and error-free.
Responsibilities
- Own customer onboarding and the technical integration process for new customers
- Develop best practices and identify process improvements to increase efficiency
- Coordinate and manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
- Work with a modern tech stack including Python/Flask, NextJS/React, and Tailwind CSS
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a backend software engineer
- Proficiency in Python preferred
- Experience with rapid prototyping and customer-feedback loops
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across multiple teams
