Software Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support for track and trace systems, focusing on incident management and resolution.
• Implement solutions for new country regulations and evolving business needs.
• Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of serialization solutions such as SAP ATTP, SAP ICH, or TraceLink.
• Support change management activities, system upgrades, and the onboarding of external partners.
• Collaborate with IT, production, and QA teams to resolve serialization-related issues.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and standard operating procedures using tools like ServiceNow, ALM, or Veeva.
• Support site audits concerning serialization and compliance to ensure data integrity and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical system design, support, or system administration, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Hands-on experience with Track and Trace solutions (SAP ATTP, TraceLink, or SAP ICH preferred).
• Proficiency in ABAP (SAP coding language).
• Experience working in regulated GxP environments (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11).
• Strong understanding of serialization processes, GS1 standards, and regulatory frameworks such as EU FMD or US DSCSA.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with validation tools such as ServiceNow, ALM, or Veeva.
• Familiarity with product life cycle management processes.
