Software Engineer III - Mobile QA Automation

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver test strategies and plans for iOS and Android mobile applications
• Leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity
• Identify and implement improvements for efficiency, shortening test cycles, and automating test scripts
• Lead and participate in review sessions of business requirements, technical requirements, and design documents
• Coordinate and communicate testing timelines, deliverables, and project information to QA Managers and project teams
• Perform test escape and root cause analysis to recommend future process improvements and defect prevention
• Participate in cross-functional discussions to review the impact of application changes on internal and external interfaces

Requirements

• 3+ years of applied software engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with Mobile Native Applications and Mobile Test Automation
• Deep knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proven experience in functional, integration, and regression testing
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools for coding, testing, or documentation
• Ability to operate effectively in a multi-task, multi-priority environment within a global team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with client-server environments
• Ability to organize test design approaches for maximum impact
• Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity and security considerations
