Software Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Execute software solutions that integrate Gen AI models with enterprise workflows, including design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
• Leverage AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity while ensuring secure coding standards.
• Build robust data pipelines to clean, transform, and aggregate data from disparate sources.
• Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring all design constraints are met.
• Identify patterns in data to drive improvements in coding hygiene and system architecture.

Requirements

• 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Proven experience with LLMs, Gen AI solution integration, and RAG solutions.
• Practical experience with AI agent frameworks, specifically Langchain and LangGraph.
• Proficiency in ML frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
• Experience with cloud-based AI services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, application resiliency, and security.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building Gen AI solutions specifically for enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Java and shell scripting.
• Experience building and deploying solutions using AWS or similar cloud technologies.
• Professional certifications in cloud technologies.
