Software Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions that integrate Gen AI models with enterprise workflows.
• Build and maintain data pipelines to clean, transform, and aggregate data from disparate sources.
• Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring design constraints are met.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity.
• Proactively identify patterns in data to drive improvements in coding hygiene and system architecture.
• Contribute to software engineering communities of practice to explore emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Practical experience with LLMs, Gen AI solution integration, and RAG solutions.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks, specifically Langchain and LangGraph.
• Proficiency in ML frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
• Experience with cloud-based AI services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and application resiliency.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-assisted development tools while ensuring security and correctness.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building Gen AI solutions specifically for enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Java and shell scripting.
• Proven experience building and deploying solutions using AWS or similar cloud technologies.
• Professional certifications in cloud technologies.
