Software Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute secure, scalable software solutions and technical troubleshooting.
• Integrate Salesforce with various platforms using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
• Create high-quality production code and maintain algorithms for complex applications.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts while ensuring design constraints are met.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers through code reviews and best practices.
• Implement automated testing, continuous integration (CI/CD), and maintain technical documentation.
• Identify and resolve technical issues within the Salesforce environment to ensure operational stability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of applied experience in Salesforce customization.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce programming and administration (Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Apex, SOQL).
• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration capabilities.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I & II, Administrator, or Advanced Administrator.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.
• Experience with Java.
• Exposure to cloud technologies.
• Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft or Informatica.
