Software Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot secure, scalable software solutions within the Asset and Wealth Management division.
• Create high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with enterprise systems.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring all design constraints are met.
• Analyze large, diverse data sets to develop visualizations and reporting for continuous system improvement.
• Leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding assistance tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity.
• Contribute to software engineering communities of practice to explore emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• Proficiency in coding with Java and React.
• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (CI/CD, resiliency, and security).
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, or documentation, including the ability to validate AI-generated outputs.
• Experience developing and maintaining code within a large corporate environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Full Stack developer.
• Exposure to cloud technologies.
