Software Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting to build scalable products.
• Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms for synchronous system operations.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring design constraints are met.
• Analyze and visualize large, diverse data sets to drive continuous improvement of software applications.
• Proactively identify patterns in data to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
• Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and explore emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training in software engineering concepts.
• Proficiency in Python and Java, including experience with Spring/Spring Boot for backend services.
• Experience building modern web UIs using React, including component design and state management.
• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cloud-based application patterns and AWS services (compute, networking, IAM, etc.).
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, including CI/CD.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies.
• Exposure to cloud technologies.
