Software Engineer III, ITC

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-priority Qualtrics transformation to design and deliver enterprise-scale sensing solutions for employee and consumer listening programs.
• Provide expert consultation on survey design, including survey flow, question design, and data analysis.
• Build custom dashboards and reporting to deliver actionable insights to business and leadership partners.
• Design and implement automation workflows and change management plans to support enterprise-wide transformation.
• Apply conversational NLP and sentiment analysis (e.g., Qualtrics Discover) to surface insights from open-ended feedback.
• Conduct project management activities including scoping, scheduling, and risk management.
• Develop documentation and self-service resources for non-technical Qualtrics users across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Qualtrics administration experience, specifically within CX and Discover product spaces.
• Proficiency in APIs, SQL, and Python.
• Strong project management skills, including stakeholder management and scoping.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to deliver demos to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Qualtrics certification.
• Experience with conversational analytics or NLP platforms.
• Familiarity with data engineering tools such as Databricks and Snowflake.
• Experience with backend or full-stack software engineering.
• Familiarity with Qualtrics AI features and workflow automation tools.
