Software Engineer III - iOS

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver secure, scalable iOS technology products using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Execute software solutions and technical troubleshooting, thinking beyond routine approaches to solve complex problems.
• Leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity.
• Provide direction, oversight, and coaching for entry-level to mid-level software engineers.
• Create high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems.
• Identify and mitigate technical issues, escalating them as necessary to ensure project execution.
• Contribute to software engineering communities of practice to explore emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
• Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI.
• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, and testing.
• Experience with RESTful API integration and Apple security standards (Keychain, Wallet).
• Strong understanding of the iOS and Apple ecosystem, including mobile UI fundamentals.
• Experience with unit testing libraries such as Xcode unit tests.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to refine code, tests, and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Agile development processes including daily scrums and iteration planning.
• Understanding of SOLID principles and architectural patterns such as MVP, MVI, and MVVM.
• Experience creating mobile applications with over 100K downloads.
• Experience with Android mobile application development.
