Software Engineer I/II - FullStack

Responsibilities

• Join the Customer Experience team to drive core product development for customer engagement and success
• Participate in UI, UX, and software design sessions to shape product vision
• Automate processes wherever possible to increase efficiency
• Use AI tools to accelerate the development lifecycle
• Work closely with product managers, engineering managers, and staff engineers to own products end-to-end
• Apply cloud-native development and DevOps practices to deliver high-quality software

Requirements

• Solid programming experience with at least two paradigms (e.g., functional, structural, or object-oriented)
• Strong understanding of version control systems, specifically Git
• Ability to implement and advocate for clean code, code reviews, and testing (white-box/black-box)
• Experience with cloud-native application development and delivery
• A DevOps culture mindset with an affinity for lean development and continuous improvement (kaizen)
• Ability to identify engineering tasks that can be optimized through AI or automation
