Software Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Design and develop user-facing components, including dashboards, application tile layouts, and multifactor authentication enrollment screens.
• Collaborate with identity engineers and security architects to translate access management requirements into seamless user experiences.
• Develop and maintain front-end functionality for portals and reporting interfaces.
• Ensure all digital products support accessibility, browser compatibility, and secure onboarding experiences.
• Lead projects or workstreams and provide clear guidance to team members in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 4+ years of experience in front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React or Angular.
• 1+ years of experience with identity and access management workflows (SAML, OAuth, or OpenID Connect).
• 1+ years of experience using UI design or prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• 1+ years of experience applying Section 508 or WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• 1+ years of experience supporting government or enterprise environments with security/compliance requirements.
• Ability to travel 0-25% on average.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web applications.
• Experience conducting usability testing and incorporating findings into design updates.
• Experience designing administrative portals or reporting interfaces.
• Experience applying NIST identity standards in digital product design.
