Software Engineer III - Cloud Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

• Maintain AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure 24/7 stability, performance, security, and compliance
• Improve connectivity stability and security between AWS accounts and third-party providers
• Maintain existing deployment pipelines and migrate to strategic CI/CD tooling using Python, Go, or Bash
• Support application developers by maintaining a cloud platform that improves their SDLC and developer experience
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support platform reliability

Requirements

• Experience developing and maintaining applications in AWS public cloud environments
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code technologies, specifically Terraform
• Strong knowledge of AWS Networking and Kubernetes cluster operations (EKS)
• Programming proficiency in a modern language such as Python or Go
• Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines covering the full SDLC
• Deep understanding of DevOps principles and SDLC best practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with software engineering security best practices in cloud environments
• Experience developing unit, integration, and end-to-end software tests
