- Experience designing and developing robust, distributed systems
- Proficiency in multiple general-purpose programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or Golang
- Experience solving complex problems with significant business impact
- Understanding of the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including code reviews, source control, and testing
