Software Engineer II/Software Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and operate resilient distributed services and microservices running on ECS or Kubernetes
• Build highly scalable, reliable, and fault-tolerant systems to serve a global user base
• Take responsibility for the design, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of code libraries and distributed services
• Collaborate with functional teams to expand recommendation systems and influence the product roadmap
• Articulate product requirements with product management and participate in defining team OKRs
• Research and implement new technologies to build next-generation systems

Requirements

• B.Tech or MS in Computer Science and Technology
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying large-scale applications and microservices
• Proficiency in Java, Golang, Python, or Node.js
• Experience in database design using MongoDB or SQL
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) and Kubernetes
• Experience with distributed caches such as Elasticsearch or Redis
• Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD automation for containerization
• Ability to write readable, concise, reusable, and extensible code

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB, Cassandra, or RocksDB
• Experience with Aerospike, Kafka, or Spark
• Proficiency with Docker containers alongside Kubernetes or ECS
