Software Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack software solutions for the in-house Manufacturing Execution System (MES) platform
• Design and develop database schemas, back-end and front-end web applications, and user interfaces
• Work on applications utilizing relational databases and REST APIs within service-oriented architecture
• Write software and unit tests, maintain documentation, and review source code merge requests
• Lead software product demonstrations, deliver training, and support operational software systems
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 2+ years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in statically typed programming languages such as C#
• Experience with modern TypeScript frameworks like Angular
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and REST APIs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the manufacturing or aerospace industries
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud providers
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of Elasticsearch
