Software Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Node.js, Vue.js, React.js, and TypeScript
• Create efficient internal and external APIs and develop optimized database schemas for RDBMS and NoSQL environments
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes
• Write clean, modular, and testable code with unit, integration, and performance testing
• Partner with Product Managers and Architects to translate requirements into technical specifications and automate CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software development experience with Node.js, Vue.js, and React.js
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend build tools
• Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and event-driven design patterns (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud deployment
• In-depth knowledge of database management (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, or ElasticSearch)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React state management libraries like Redux
• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or Rally
