Software Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or ARM templates
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Azure, including VMs, AKS, App Services, and Networking
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes with Helm charts
• Monitor system performance and reliability using Prometheus, Grafana, and Azure Monitor
• Integrate security best practices into DevOps workflows (DevSecOps)
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline release processes and improve deployment efficiency
• Participate in on-call rotations for production support and incident resolution
• Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps Services and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
• Expertise in IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
• Advanced Git skills and familiarity with branching strategies
• Scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, ELK stack, or Grafana
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and API management
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
