Software Engineer II, ITC

Responsibilities

• Build modular, configurable, and API-first internal product creation tools for Nike's Consumer Product and Innovation community
• Develop software projects in collaboration with engineers, Product Managers, and Principal Engineers to achieve business objectives
• Implement and support modern software architectural principles including REST, microservices, and domain-driven design
• Work within a fast-paced development environment to solve complex software engineering problems
• Engage with Global Technology functions to meet organizational and technical goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience
• 2-4 years of hands-on industry software development experience
• Proficiency in TypeScript and NodeJS
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular
• Hands-on experience with AWS products (Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, S3)
• Experience with modern DevOps, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency with testing frameworks such as Mocha, Jasmine, or Jest
• Strong understanding of architectural design patterns and computer science fundamentals
• Experience with HTML, CSS, SASS, and JavaScript

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing and integrating AI, Machine Learning, and related data solutions
