Software Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture design for the Connected Engine project, ensuring scalable and maintainable systems.
• Act as a hands-on engineer while mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance.
• Review code, architecture, and implementations to ensure high-quality, bug-free software delivery.
• Define and uphold software quality, testing, and debugging standards within the team.
• Own technical decisions and ensure alignment with business objectives and project deadlines.
• Manage full-stack web services and database solutions, including queries and stored procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in web application development.
• Proficiency in Full Stack development using JavaScript, React JS, Node JS, and REST.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other Relational Databases.
• Hands-on expertise with the Azure framework.
• Strong knowledge of software design patterns.
• Familiarity with Agile processes and tools.
• Experience with cloud web application hosting and deployment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, ReactJS, and PostgreSQL.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage complex tasks and people.
• Proven ability to analyze and apply new technical concepts quickly.
