Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain systems within a microservices architecture
• Own the entire lifecycle of a feature from database schema design to React-based frontend applications
• Support the integration of AI models and automated workflows into the booking flow
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to translate business problems into technical solutions
• Contribute to code reviews and mentor peer engineers
• Build highly available, secure, and distributed systems that scale with global volume
• Rapidly build and launch products using CI/CD best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Full-stack capability with databases, backend services (Java/Ruby), and React
• 2+ years of design and architecture knowledge
• Proficiency in Java, Ruby, or TypeScript
• Experience deploying and maintaining services on AWS
• Interest or experience working with AI APIs and machine learning models

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails, React, or AWS
• Background in fintech, pricing engines, or booking systems
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight technology
