Software Engineer II

Eucalyptus is on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. As part of Hims & Hers, Euc builds digital healthcare clinics like Juniper, focusing on long-term care for conditions such as obesity through a combination of clinical and behavioral approaches.

Responsibilities

• Be a strong and trusted contributor to the frontend and backend multi-brand platform
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders in product, design, analytics, and operations
• Develop telehealth infrastructure and customer experiences
• Take an iterative approach to building and scaling new features
• Balance rapid prototyping with system stability, security, and modularity
• Provide knowledge sharing through pair programming, code reviews, and design pattern feedback

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role at startups or software companies
• Experience building web products with the company tech stack
• Proven record of breaking down projects and estimating timelines
• Ability to consistently deliver high-quality work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and curiosity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React, React Native, TypeScript, Node.js, or Go
• Familiarity with GraphQL, gRPC, or Kubernetes
