About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality software projects on time, providing domain expertise and innovative solutions to complex business problems
  • Collaborate with leads to contribute to robust, scalable, fault-tolerant, and cloud-native software architectures
  • Design and implement Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions
  • Write, test, and check-in clean, well-documented code on a daily basis to add new features and capabilities
  • Investigate and resolve production issues across the entire stack, from the UI to the persistence layer
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure all deliverables meet strict quality standards
  • Work within an Agile methodology to deliver multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software solutions align with broader business goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or another technical field
  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering or web application development within a large enterprise environment
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce and the CRM Analytics platform
  • Active Salesforce Certifications
  • Significant experience working with relational databases and SQL
  • Experience with NoSQL data stores and event streaming platforms such as Snowflake or Kafka

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Hands-on experience with Python and Databricks
  • Knowledge of AWS managed services, performance testing, and application profiling
  • Previous experience working in Ad Platforms, Accounts Receivable, or financial applications
  • Experience utilizing AI tools and vibe coding
