Software Engineer II - Backend Python, AIML

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot secure and scalable backend software components using Python.
• Write high-quality, secure code and apply technical troubleshooting to solve complex problems.
• Leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity.
• Utilize the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) toolchain to improve automation and value realization.
• Analyze large, diverse data sets to identify problems and contribute to secure application development.
• Collaborate within an agile team to enhance state-of-the-art technology products.

Requirements

• 2+ years of applied software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise and hands-on knowledge of Python.
• Proficiency in core database concepts, including both Relational and Document databases.
• Practical experience with AI/ML technologies, specifically Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
• Solid understanding of Cloud technologies and the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working within Agile methodologies, including CI/CD and application resiliency.
• Ability to critically evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs for security and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies.
• Further exposure to cloud-native architectures.
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
