Software Engineer II - AfterSale

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop solutions to solve complex business and technical problems
• Participate in design, architecture, and scalability definitions
• Act as an owner for applications throughout their entire end-to-end lifecycle
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following development best practices
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, errors, and performance issues
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
• Optimize data models in MongoDB and manage caching strategies with Redis
• Monitor application health and ensure platform availability and maintainability

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience developing scalable backend solutions, specifically with Java
• Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases including MariaDB, MongoDB, and Redis
• Full development lifecycle experience, including production releases, deployment, testing, and post-implementation monitoring
• Ability to track post-deploy metrics and make data-driven decisions
• Strong interest or experience in using AI tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with frontend technologies
