Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build products that put generative AI directly into the hands of creators
• Develop and optimize infrastructure to accelerate model development
• Work across the entire stack, from crafting user experiences to optimizing backend systems
• Design APIs and data models that support evolving product needs
• Ship incremental value and iterate based on real user feedback

Requirements

• Experience building and shipping software with real user impact
• Full-stack development proficiency (comfortable with both frontend and backend)
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and modern web technologies
• Strong API and data model design skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and turn open-ended problems into technical direction

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating ML models into production applications (inference, prompt engineering, fine-tuning)
• Track record of shipping consumer-facing AI products or features
• Familiarity with React, Python, Kubernetes, or GCP
• Experience with real-time systems or high-throughput applications
• Contributions to design systems or developer tooling
