Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements from operations into large-scale distributed systems designed with security in mind
• Build and scale infrastructure managing expert identity and access across thousands of Slack workspaces and HR systems
• Own scope end-to-end from approach definition to iteration
• Design for security implications, including authentication, authorization, provisioning, and directory sync

Requirements

• Strong product engineering fundamentals with experience operating production systems
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems
• Security-minded design thinking
• High degree of adaptability and intellectual flexibility
